CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please notify me 48 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment: -Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. -LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Late arrival will result in a booking fee equal to 50% of the reserved services. -A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Booking fees will be charged to the card on file.
